seeking ... finding

Notions regarding seeking and finding (some form of) Absolute Ultimate Essence of Reality:

. Materialists : oppose the notion of there being a findable Such

. Abrahamic tradition (from pre-Israelite to the Baha'i) in general : contingent on a transcendent, absolute level of Ultimate Being
. Pythagoras : numbers
. Heraclitus : reification of process
. Plotinus : Mind
. Jewish Qabala : super-attenuated divine light
. Zenoo, Pyrrho : existent yet inconceivable

. Taoists : utterly ineffable
. Advaita Vedanta : beyond existence itself
. Rg-veda X.129 : in the beginning was neither existence nor non-existence ... neither death nor immortality
. Tao te Ching chapter II : being and non-being create each other

Regarding Ultimate Truth:

Won’t go there.
Not to be discussed.

Notions of Ultimate Truth are to be neither taught nor proclaimed nor denied nor thwarted.

Neither wrong, nor right, nor both, nor neither.

Not skepticism.

Not agnosticism.

“Not this, not that, not both, not neither.”

Yet there is a goal; all that is unpleasant or horrific may be overcome.
In the process of doing so, one need direct one’s attention, one's consciousness, to concrete matters in a manner most salubriously effective.

State unambiguously that All partakes of ambiguity.

Proclaim the Truth that all truth is relative.

In such a manner
it may come to pass
that one notes that there most definitely may or may not be
a single, unchanging, absolute
ground of being ...
